Thursday, September 11th

Oakland Temple

Pre-Conference Temple Trip (8-11:30pm)

Baptism and endowment sessions at the nearby Oakland Temple followed by an ice cream social at local favorite, Fenton's Ice Cream Parlor*

Friday September 12th

Random Dinner Groups (6-8pm)

Choose from a list of cafes within a block or two of the launch party where you can meet-up with other conference attendees for a tasty, inexpensive meal*

Conference check-in and launch party (7-1am)

Located at the incredibly cool Metreon Center (lower floors contain restaurants, theaters, arcades, access to beautiful Yerba Buena Gardens and more to enjoy on your own), we've arranged for exclusive use of the entire top floor a.k.a. "City View" that includes spacious indoor and outdoor lounge areas— all with incredible views of the downtown San Francisco skyline. The party will include a fantastic DJ & light show for dancing, another area for speed-dating, an "open mic" stage for acoustical performances (please sign-up in advance), a "Sugar Rush" candy bar, and more!

Choose an optional late-night activity (Starting Midnight):

  • British-style double-decker busses with private 1.5 hour night-time tour of iconic San Francisco sights (+ $20 at time of initial registration only)

  • Optional late night meal at a local diner*

Tasty Treats, Spectacular Views, Fun Games, Devotional & Service Project at Scenic Crissy Field (10:30-3:30pm)

Crissypalooza!

We’ll start with a morning devotional and then pack the schedule with a service project benefitting a local charity, followed by fun games and activities. There will be volleyball, kickball, and Ultimate Frisbee. Also back this year by popular demand is inflatable sumo wrestling! Other exciting games and activities going on all day—both organized and pick-up. For those interested we will be having hiking excursions across the Golden Gate Bridge and to historic Fort Point. Check your schedule for game and departure times. A catered lunch will also be provided.

Dinner on your own at historic Fisherman's Wharf or Pier 39 (5-6:30pm)

Head to any of the large number of local restaurants ranging from casual diners to fine-dining establishments, many with spectacular bay views along Fisherman's Wharf. We'll provide a list of recommended venues where you and your friends, old and new, can meet up.*

Ghirardelli Square

Ice Cream Sundaes at world-famous Ghirardelli Square (6:30-7:15pm)

Enjoy tasty ice cream sundaes made by San Francisco's famous Ghirardelli Chocolate Company within the historic waterfront Ghirardelli Square complex.

Boat cruise & dance on the San Francisco Bay under the stars (7:45-11pm)

Dance the evening away or just chat and make new friends about a scenic boat cruise that passes under the Golden Gate Bridge, circles Alcatraz, and passes by AT&T Park all while our favorite DJ mixes up the dance music for the masses. A complimentary non-alcoholic bar and discounted parking at the Pier 39 Garage (only this garage) will be available.

Sunday September 14th

Breakfast on your own*

Temple Hill in Oakland is the spectacularly beautiful site for all of Sunday's events and meetings.

Optional private shuttle bus service to the Oakland Temple (leaving 10am; returning 4:30pm and 6:30pm).

UPDATE (7/4): Departing in the morning from San Francisco to the Oakland Interstake Center and returning to San Francisco in the afternoon.

Tours of the Temple Hill Visitor's Center

Including a new sculptural exhibit by famed-LDS artist Angela Johnson (tours are approximately 20 minutes with 20 guests at a time and are available 9am-9pm) + free time to explore the gardens and temple roof-top areas

Optional catered picnic lunch*

Sacrament Meeting in the Temple Hill Inter-Stake Center Auditorium

With special keynote speakers (due to space limitations, this event will be limited to conference registrants)

Dessert Party

Grab a tasty treat following Sacrament Meeting and chat with new and old friends at this final social event for the conference weekend.

Closing Fireside

This fireside on Temple Hill will wrap-up the conference and end it on a spiritual high.
