For those of you thrill seekers and die hard roller coaster fans, THIS place is for you! California's Great America was originally built by the Marriott Corp. and opened in 1976 as Marriott's Great America. The theme park has gone through several ownerships since Marriott Corp. sold it in the mid 1980's but it is now owned by Cedar Fair Entertainment Company. Plenty of "thrillers" to ride so come test your fears!
